- Damage to packaging or food upon receipt that renders the product unsafe to consume.
Non-eligible refunds
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Delays caused by customer’s absence or inability to receive the delivery within the agreed window, if the food remains safe and intact.
- Requests made after 24 hours from delivery or from the time of pickup, unless the issue is verified by our team.
- Complaints about taste, texture, or appearance when the product is within standard quality expectations and unused.
- Allergies or dietary needs not communicated at the time of order, where alternatives were not requested or feasible.

Resolution options

- Replacement of missing or incorrect items at no additional charge, where feasible.
Delivery and pickup considerations
For orders delivered, refunds are limited to the value of the items in question. If an order is picked up, refunds apply to the items that were not consumed or are returned in a safe, unused condition within 24 hours of pickup, subject to inspection by our team.
Gift orders
